End of term Thank You gifts – part 1

Hello!  I hope you are well, I’ve been enjoying the summer holidays with my children and Husband home so haven’t had as much time to craft as I sometimes do.  Today’s project that I want to share with you is a cute little card and post-it-note holder.  I’ve used the gorgeous ‘Gingham Garden’ washi tape, I LOVE how quick and easy this is to use.

What do you think of the cute little sentiment?  Can you guess which punch I've used?  If I get a chance I’ll do a photo tutorial.  I used my Simply Scored tool to make the post-it-note holder and made a belly band to hold it closed.

I even used washi tape to decorate the flap of the envelope – cute, don’t you think?

Scrapbook Saturday

Hello again, sorry it’s been quiet here.  I’ve had a few weeks off as we had a holiday and then the end of term/start of school holidays was a bit manic!  Today I’ll pick up from where I left off, this time I’m showing you a digital page made with some Stampin’ Up! software called My Digital Studio.  MDS is not quite available to purchase yet but will be soon.

I’m having lots of fun playing with this program and looking forward to sharing lots more.
Just a quick one today, come back soon x

Scrapbook Saturday

This morning I want to share my layout from this weeks scrapbook club.  We've been running for 2 years now, I honestly didn't think that I would enjoy them half as much as I do. It’s lovely to spend time with such a talented, enthusiastic, entertaining group of women, I am always inspired by what the ladies come up with.

Here’s the full layout.

A close up of some of the flag detail, I made these using punches and cocktail sticks.  You can also see the ‘doodling’ I have done around the photo.

A close up of the sunburst panel, we used some of the co’redinations cardstock embossed and then sanded to add texture and interest.

I’d love to know what you think, leave a comment on this post and let me know.

variation on a theme…

Yesterday I shared the Make & Take card that I designed for my launch party.  Today is another quick post, using the same products, but instead of cards I have made I’m sharing the cards that two of my customers made.

First this is Pauline’s card.  Instead of a Pool Party base, Pauline has used one of the brand new in colours – Strawberry Slush.

Next is Larraine’s card, she’s flipped the design through 90 degrees and moved things around a little.

Thank you for letting me share ladies!

Launch party make and take

Hello! Today I want to share the make and take card that the lovely ladies who came to my open house event got to make.  We used products from the beautiful quatrefancy suite.  The stamp set, dsp, punch and embossing folder all co-ordinate perfectly together

The sentiment is from ‘Sweet Essentials’ from now until the end of July you can get it at the special 25% off price in our “Grab a Greeting” promotion.  Tomorrow I'll share Larraine and Pauline’s versions of the card, I love seeing what other people come up with using my ideas as a start point!
